Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our global fashion selections but understand that sometimes an item just isn’t right. Our hassle-free return policy gives you 15 days from the delivery date to return most items for a refund or exchange.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable” at purchase.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items:
